Support Team Leader

As one of the Team Leaders at Neuways, I assist my team and ensure that tickets are actioned and resolved within their agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Part of my role is to ensure that my team and I deliver the best experience possible to our customers.

I have a LONG background in working in IT support – nearly 20 years! All of this experience means I am able to advise my customers and my team with confidence, although there are always the occasional learning experience which keep the job interesting.

I joined Neuways in 2016 and in that time I have witnessed huge change and growth within the business and the industry – We’ve come a long way in the past few years – I’ve seen us grow as a company, improving our service and the range of security services we offer.

Out of work Chris

I am a family man, it is the most important thing (to me) in the world. I have a wife and 2 daughters, and most of my time not spent at work is spent with them – even if it is to fix their IT.

I enjoy music, TV and a nice bottle of wine. If I do have time to myself, I enjoy watching sport and socialising with my friends.
