As the Service Delivery Manager at Neuways, it is my job to ensure that both new and existing clients receive a professional, high quality, consistent Level of service from our technical support desk.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT Support industry, I have seen major changes to the level of computer reliance that businesses now need to have. Combined with an increased risk posed by cyber threats, it is more important than ever for businesses to have their IT systems running efficiently, without failure.

I never underestimate the distress an IT issue can have on the end user so it is my priority to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

I joined Neuways in 2015 and have seen it evolve from a break-fix support company into a Managed Security Service Provider with its clients data security at its heart.

I have a 2-year-old Grandson, that keeps me on my toes, so I enjoy coming to work for a Break! Oh, and I also enjoy cooking.
