I am a Technical Support Engineer at Neuways. I have spent the past 11 years building a career in the IT sector working in such roles from service desk, remote support engineer, mobile technical engineer, technical account manager and onsite support engineer. Over my career I have increased my knowledge in lots of areas within IT support as well as more niche support skills such as MacOS support and hardware repair fixes. I hope to be able to apply some of these skills in my day to day job working with the Neuways customer support team.

Outside of work my hobbies include cooking & baking, electronic & retro-tech restoration projects, history, poker and other card games, as well as enjoying movies, music and videogames.
