I am one of the newest members of the Neuways Support Desk team but I feel like I’ve always been here – the team are great and it’s so nice to be working with so many experienced people.

My previous IT roles have been in the Air Force as an IT Technician which means I have a lot of experience when it comes to getting the job done ‘right first time’. I understand the impact an IT issue can create for someone and that when they need a fix, they need it promptly and effectively. This is what I bring to the team at Neuways. I really enjoy the variety of issues and solutions we work with at Neuways as we help our customers become cyber secure as they go about their day-to-day activities.

When I’m not at work I have a massive passion for motorbikes and all things Harry Potter and Disney.

I have also recently adopted a dog from the Dog’s Trust which keeps me busy and active which is great for getting some fresh air away from my computer screen!
