Technical Support Engineer

I was born in the UK but have Polish roots.

Before I worked at Neuways I worked as an IT Support Engineer at Rolls Royce which gave me experience in many technical manufacturing and engineering IT problems which I enjoyed resolving.

Now I work with our manufacturing and engineering customers, bringing my experience to their IT problems to help them find solutions that mean they can return to work as normal as quickly as possible.

My main role sees me working service desk tickets for customers, but I also work on implementation projects for customers which means I am often out on site, working side by side with our customers which I enjoy very much. These projects include server migrations, new technology implementations and backup and disaster recovery solution implementations.

Out of work Paul:

Since I was eight years old, I have been interested in computers, gaming, and later on IT and software. I have undertaken many additional qualifications from Microsoft, Mimecast and a BTEC.

When I am not working with technology of some description, I love to cook and my favorite foods are curries and chillies!
