I am a Technical Support Engineer on the Neuways Helpdesk – I love working with the customers to help them resolve their IT issues whilst learning all the different hardware and software solutions that a business requires to operate effectively.

Outside of work, I have a passion for football – playing and watching football takes up a lot of my spare time but when I’m not doing that, I enjoy socialising with friends and family.
