Our customer support service desk opening hours over the festive period are:
Christmas Eve: 7am – 6pm (4pm – 6pm for critical support tickets only)
Christmas Day & Boxing Day: Closed
27th & 28th December: 7am – 6pm
New Years Eve: 7am – 6pm (4pm – 6pm for critical support tickets only)
New Years Day: Closed
All non-critical support tickets must be submitted before 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Our Sales office will be closed from: 24th December 2018 until 2nd January 2019.
