This role would suit someone from a technical background with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, looking for a mostly office-based role, where you will provide full technical support to our customers as part of our large service desk team. You will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude and be passionate about providing 1st class customer service.

Key Skills and Requirements

You will play a key role in all Technical Support across existing and new products and services. Ideally you would possess good knowledge and experience in using and supporting Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.

Additionally, you will support other products and services including:

  • Windows 10 as well as legacy Windows Operating Systems
  • Cybersecurity
  • VOIP Phone Systems
  • Networks, Routers & Firewalls
  • Server Support (Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 & Small Business Server variants)
  • Azure
  • HyperV
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft SQL, Terminal Services, Microsoft Exchange
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Anti-virus, Anti-malware

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with technical queries and understanding technical products.
  • Logical and methodical analysis of technical issues and provide resolution within SLA as well as manage the escalation process with 3rd parties.
  • Fully managing and supporting customers IT (infrastructure and services).

Provide consultative services, installations and manage migrations.

Full UK Driving license is required as there may be an occasional requirement to attend customer sites.
