Neuways win Cyber Security excellence award
This is something Neuways has strived to do for its customers over the last year and a half. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Neuways customers have received exceptional levels of customer service.
Despite support tickets doubling, and staff being forced to work from home, 100% of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers were met by the Support team, as well as a record 98% customer satisfaction rating being recorded.
